The Lady & The Tiger Productions is founded by women and champions women and minorities in the film industry. We are striving to create a world with more equal representation in order to break stereotypes and allow these characters to become whole, dimensional human beings in their own narratives.
The Candle & The Curse is a multi-ethnic, English-language film with a female lead. It is a coming-of-age story exploring the whimsy of childhood, the dark pains of adolescence, and the bittersweet realities of adulthood. It explores what it means to be human and how we treat people who are different than ourselves. Ultimately, it is the story of all of us.
